NAMSHA Welcomes New Recording Secretary, Rachel Leslie Earlier this month, the NAMHSA Board of Directors voted Rachel Leslie as the new Recording Secretary. She is a lifelong collector whose serious hobby involvement began in 2015 as an entrant in Breyerfest Live. From there, she has entered shows all across the country, started judging and has even become a show hostess herself. She enjoys the hobby on social media and is very active on Instagram. The Board of Directors would like to thank all applicants for their interest in this position and hope they will considering applying for other positions in the future. Welcome aboard Rachel!
